1-800-JUNK-Relief.com started in 2004 as Metropolitan Clean-Out & Haul-Away Service. Initially we only provided clean-out services, but we quickly realized that we needed to offer dumpsters and demolition to round out our junk removal business and provide a one-stop-shop for all of our customers' junk removal needs. We have helped thousands of customers over the past four years and continue to develop long-lasting relationships with our contractors, business and home owners.

The best words to describe our team are: "We love helping our customers!" Our Junk Relievers feel great satisfaction from a job well done and that's what we strive for day in and day out. Whether it's getting that one heavy piano down from the second floor or just cleaning out a basement, we enjoy applying our skill to get your job done as quickly and efficiently as possible.

One thing we take pride in is our one-call resolution commitment. Each time you call, you'll be speaking directly with the owner or his assistant. We do not use customer service reps or an answering service. That means you will not be put on hold or have to call you back if you have tough questions or a special request. You will get immediate and definitive answers to all your questions.
