How our junk removal service works
For small to medium size removal projects, we send a truck with a crew of two junk removal professionals. If you have a large project, we have the ability to send up to four trucks and to ten of our "Junk Relievers" to make sure the job gets done quickly and efficiently.
We carry our own tools (including saws, sledge hammers, and shovels) for disassembling hard-to-remove or wall-mounted items. When we are finished removing all unwanted items, we sweep the removal areas.

Scheduling
Schedule your junk removal project by giving us a call today.- We can usually book small to medium size jobs the next day.
- Larger jobs should be scheduled a few days in advance.
- Saturdays book quickly. To schedule a Saturday job, call as far in advance as possible.
How our rates are calculated
When you call, we will ask you a series of questions about your project in order to better understand what we are up against. At that point we can usually give you an idea of what your removal project might cost. When our "Junk Relievers" arrive on the scheduled day, they perform a more accurate, no obligation estimate. If for any reason, you are not comfortable with the estimate, we simply will not perform the job, no questions asked. If the estimate meets your approval, our crew begins your junk removal project immediately.
Nearly all of our residential junk removal jobs are priced strictly on a volume basis. You only pay for the amount of junk we haul away. To get a better idea of how much junk we can fit in our 20cu/yrd trailers, view our Trailer Diagram.
On some occasions there are jobs that require extra labor or bulk weight charges. For example, extra labor may include: parking the truck an inordinately long distance from the house; navigating a difficult high-rise building; bagging of large amounts of small items. Extra weight charges include jobs having a large amount of heavy material, such as plaster, brick, concrete, or dirt. Give us a call so we may discuss your project with you today.
