Elmhurst – Home to Our Company Founder
Elmhurst is a favorite suburb of ours because it’s home to JUNK Relief owner and founder, Joe Weidman. Joe was born and raised in Elmhurst and recently moved back from the city with his wife and two children. His daughter will even be attending the same pre-kindergarten program that Joe went to when he was a child.
JUNK Relief crew member Pablo also lives in nearby Lombard.
When clients call from the western suburbs, it’s an easy trip for us—we just jump on the Eisenhower and can be in Elmhurst, Lombard or Oak Brook in 20 to 30 minutes. While we remove everything from old couches to TVs and construction debris for our clients, we get a lot of jobs for piano removal in the Elmhurst area.

What Do Our Elmhurst Clients Say?
“Had these guys remove a vintage upright piano – very heavy and bulky! They brought 4 strong guys and moved it without and problem/drama whatsoever. Super impressed.” —S.C., Forest Park
“Sergio and his assistant were professional, efficient, hard working and courteous. I couldn’t be happier with their work, and the price was very good too. I highly recommend JUNK Relief to anyone needing junk removal.” —Thomas M., Willowbrook
“This was as easy as it comes. I saw that they had great reviews on Yelp. I scheduled my appointment online, I was given a 3-hour window. They showed up early in the window (thanks!). Workers were professional and helpful. I can’t recommend these folks enough! I will use them again (if I can ever get my husband to part with some of his junk!)” —
